Remington Farm Mercantile is a small, family-run business rooted in the Texas Hill Country and built around a simple idea: the best things on your pantry shelf shouldn’t be boring.

We create small-batch sauces, preserves, sourdough baking mixes, seasonings, finishing salts, brittles, candied pecans, and other pantry favorites with flavors that are just a little unexpected. Think Blackberry Jalapeño Sauce, Carrot Cake Jam, Peach Bourbon Sauce, Texas-inspired seasonings, and sourdough mixes made to bring something special to an ordinary meal.

We believe good food doesn’t need a long list of complicated ingredients. It should be thoughtfully made, full of flavor, and worth sharing. That’s why we make our products in small batches, choosing combinations we genuinely enjoy and putting the same care into what we sell that we would into something made for our own family.

And then there’s Remington—our English Springer Spaniel and very serious Head of Quality Control. She lends her name to the business and supervises operations with an impressive amount of enthusiasm.
